Amanda offers a one-hour class over Zoom on Monday mornings at 7am pacific time, with a focus on the transformation of energy throughout the body. Kriyas - specific sequences of yoga postures, breath techniques, and meditations - are performed to produce specific results. These kriyas promote vitality, intuition, and overall well-being, offering a holistic approach adaptable to all beliefs and lifestyles.

Private Yoga & Meditation Instruction
Are you new to yoga and intimidated by the studio setting? Or are you looking for a yoga plan that is customized to your unique needs and goals? Or perhaps you're looking to establish your own daily spiritual practice (Amanda’s specialty!).
Amanda is trained in traditional asana, breathwork, and kundalini yoga, so her instruction can include a variety of approaches to suit your needs. No yoga experience needed. No spiritual beliefs required. Your customized plan can be as physical or as spiritual as you want.
Available in-person in San Diego or online via Zoom. Options for couples and small groups as well.

With 15 years’ experience in the dental field involving chairside assisting, front desk, and management, Amanda knows a thing or two about what makes a dental office thrive. She loves to share her knowledge and expertise to help your administrative team be cohesive, efficient, and productive!
